Complaints?

We are very sorry to hear that you have a complaint about us! We will obviously do obviously do everything we can to resolve your complaint. There are various options for contacting us. You can call us on our telephone number +3185 876 96 78 or you can email us at [email protected] if you contact us per email you will receive a confirmation of receipt. 

We will ensure that your complaint is dealt with as quickly as possible and always try to ensure a good solution for both parties.  You can in any case expect a substantive response within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which your complaint is being handled, you can also submit it to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform.
