Cupping comes from Traditional Chinese medicine and owes its name to the plastic or glass balls, or cups. These cups are placed with the open side against the skin. By heating the oxygen, or by means of a vacuum pump, the cups create a vacuum on the skin. People used to use glass or porcelain cups for this, in modern times it can all be a lot easier and safer and we use cups with a vacuum pump.

Cupping Massage for the whole body

Cupping massage is now finally also available to use at home. There are 22 different sizes in the packagemassage cups and a vacuum pump. Make sure you choose the correct size cup and place it on the area to be treated. Themassage cups can be used all over the body and provide relaxation and rest.

How do you use the Cupping Set pro;

Using the cupping glasses is a lot easier than people often think. You could do it all by yourself, but for a real relaxation ask your partner or your friends!

Choose the right slide for the part to be treated. Press the top of the cup, allow it to create a vacuum and place the cup on the skin. Move in a circular motion over your desired spot to apply the dynamic method. Start with 2 minutes per zone and build up to 8 minutes per zone over several months.

When you have used the cupping massage. After this, dress calmly and do not sit in the full sun or take a warm bath. The skin has had a deep massage and all pores have been opened by the vacuum therapy. Therefore, give the skin enough rest.
