How do you use the Gymform Total ABS?

Fully apply the pads of the device to the skin after removing the foil. If the foil is still on the pads, or if the pads are not fully attached to the skin, the system will not start. After this you can select the program you wish to follow via the Mode button. You can choose between the 10 intensity levels by pressing the +/- button. When you have finished your workout, press the -/0 button and the system will turn off. Always make sure you stick the foil back on the pads for next use.
