Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use:
- name and address details;
- phone number;
- billing address;
- payment details;
- e-mail address;
- IP address.
We need this information because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information for up to 2 years after your order has been completed and up to seven years after that (which is the statutory retention obligation).
Contact form and newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.
For this we use:
- e-mail address;
- IP address;
- name and surname.
We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response, then we will store your data for a maximum of 7 years, after which your data will be deleted or destroyed. This period is based on the statutory retention obligation.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data will be kept for a maximum of 3 months after you have canceled the subscription.
Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. We use these statistics to improve our webshop, for example to only show relevant information. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. Of course we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always report this to us.
We use your IP address for this. We have a legitimate interest in this. Our business partners, Google Analytics, Visual Website Optimizer, Bing Ads, Outbrain and Facebook store this information.
Advertisement
We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. This is what we do:

Provision to other companies or institutions
We only pass on your data to other parties if this is really necessary for our services. This is how we pass on your data to:

We have entered into a processor agreement with the processors in which the processor is obliged to comply with all obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act, the European General Data Protection Regulation and this privacy policy. A list of our processors can be requested via the data protection officer.
Where is your data stored
We store your data in various databases. Your data is almost always stored within the European Union. Only the data flow of data related to the sending of our newsletters goes through the United States of America, through Mailchimp, this party has registered under the so-called Privacy Shield which offers sufficient protection.
Cookies
Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to enter it every time. But it also allows us to see that you visit us again.
You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things in our webshop will no longer work properly.
